About Us

DAB was founded in the spring of 2020 by our then 7 year old “D”, 5 year old “A”, and 3 year old “B”. This crew was born with a maker mindset and drive. With many ideas and iterations of what DAB could be, DAB3D debuted in the Spring 2023 with the “Adopt-a-lotl” at Lumacon in Petaluma, California. 

Since then we have grown slowly, following the kids' lead. From deciding on prints, picking the color ways, building the website, and spearheading in person sales. 

Your purchase supports our family-run shop built on creativity and quality. We donate 5% of our profits to local causes, giving back to the community that inspires us.

We currently print models from other designers, but add personal touches from colorways, to background stories, to playset curation - with the hope to inspire the imaginations, creativity, and joy in customers of all ages!

DAB is working towards creating original 3D designs. As we learn, we are licensing prints from some designers that inspire us including:

Rebel Alicorn, Printverse, Kawaii Corner 3D, Cinderwing, Layers in Green, MZM Digital Design, RJ Design.
